Montana’s Psychiatric Access Line for Health Professionals

MT PAL (Montana Psychiatric Access Line) is a statewide program that supports healthcare professionals caring for pregnant and postpartum individuals, children, and adolescents with mental health and substance use concerns.

MT PAL provides timely access to psychiatric consultation, referral guidance, and education so providers across Montana can deliver evidence-based care, particularly in rural and underserved communities. Our services are designed to support clinical decision-making at the point of care and strengthen the systems providers already use.
